Thank you for your interest in our Junior Chaos Soccer program. Our program is designed for all players! Players who are just starting out or seasoned players, this program welcomes all skill levels.
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. For our Summer league, we will only have one location which will be Christ The King in Southgate.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.
