Thank you for registering for the 4v4 Winter Session 1.
Indoor games will be played at 18235 Krause St. Riverview
Games will be 4 on 4 with no goalies. These games are small sided for maximum touches on the ball.
Birth years 2011 through 2020. Boys and Girls. After the registration deadline we will split age groups appropriately based on sign-ups.
The first indoor session will run December through January. Games could be on either Saturday or Sunday. Depending on how many teams are formed and field availability. If you have any conflicts, please make sure you list them on the registration form. There will be no games December 22 through January 4th.

If you are registering a full team, please do not fill out this registration form. Email chaospda@gmail.com for team registration. The registration fee is $350/team.
If you do not have a team and are registering an individual player, please continue filling out this registration form. The registration fee for an individual player is $70/player.
